LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Dabado product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized Dabado dealer. If a defect exists, Dabado at its option will (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, (2) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished, or (3) refund a portion or all of the original purchase price. This does not mean you can abuse your device and expect warranty service. We do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse other than directed in the user manual, water damage, scratches, loss or theft. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, misuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Customization of your product will void your warranty. 

 

Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty. Your seller is responsible for any other warranties. 

 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state and jurisdiction. These rights shall not be affected by this limited warranty. This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned. 

 

1-Year Replacement Program

Program includes the Battery, the USB Charger, and the mouthpiece.

 

Email [email protected] from the email address in which you placed your order from. You will receive a reply within 48 hours to coordinate a replacement. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.

If purchased from one of our authorized retailers, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Warranty is not applicable to tanks or coils. Please do not send any used tanks or coils, as we will be forced to discard them. Warranty is not applicable to merchandise. All merchandise sales are final.
