CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE

 
1. The seller’s chief objective is to ensure the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, the buyer is not satisfied with the goods purchased from our website, the buyer has a right to return the product (within 14 working days from the date that product is received) for an exchange or a store credit that could be used for future purchases. No returns or refunds on any used or open products. The buyer need not give any reason. The notice of exchange or return has to be made in writing; an email will suffice: [email protected].

2. In order to help with the return of your order you must obtain a Merchandise Return number (MR) by emailing [email protected] within the cancellation period. 

3. Our return address is detailed on your original invoice.  Failure to obtain an MR does not affect your legal, consumer rights. 

4. The buyer must take reasonable care of all goods in their possession and return them to us, with their original packaging, within 5 days from the date the MR number was issued. 

5. In order to qualify for exchange/store credit, the goods or packaging may not have been used or damaged, and the goods must be returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by all items comprising the product. 

6. If the buyer decides to return an item after they have received the item, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged upon return. If a order has not left our facility, then a restocking fee won’t be applied.
 
7. Returns will ONLY be accepted within 14 days of original purchase date in UNOPENED NEW CONDITION, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns MUST be authorized before being sent. Contact us to process a return. There are NO returns on products that have been opened and/or used.
 
8. All GLASS, ATOMIZERS, NAIL, & APPAREL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

9. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*Dabado Bolt Care & Bolt M Care Plans are non-refundable*

10. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

11. No returns or exchanges from Canada customers on new or used items.
