Please note that we can only take care of your inquiry if we receive the requested information. 
If the defect is due to a material, manufacturing or construction fault that has occurred in the warranty period, the fault will be rectified by us at no cost to you. If the defect comes from your side, e.g. because the device has been dropped, we will provide you with a free estimate for the repair and carry it out when we receive a declaration of consent from you.
